I've tried both the invisible defense and the serum so I could compare and contrast.
The serum is excellent for layering under makeup. It never pills, no matter what I put on underneath, and leaves a nice base for makeup. Going to share some feedback below, but want to add a disclaimer that despite the following issues, this is still leagues better than anything else on the market and I have repurchased this twice. I will say the application isn't as nice as the mineral defense. It's a bit tackier and harder to spread across your skin and I have noticed a very faint white cast with the serum. I've also had issues with the dropper application leaking and making a bit of a mess on the bottle. Hoping the sonni team might be able to refine this a little more so the application experience is just as nice as the mineral defense and the body balm which are phenomenal products.
This is the best body sunscreen I've ever used.
The texture is like silky velvet, melts into the skin immediately and the skin feels smooth and dry seconds later. It feels nourishing and hydrating, but completely weightless. Zero white cast and scent is almost non existent. I carry it around with me everywhere and actually look forward to applying it. Could not recommend more. I'm already on my second bottle.

I usually avoid mineral sunscreens because they leave a chalky white cast or feel heavy, but SONNI's SunDay Invisible Defense completely disappears into my skin. It’s incredibly lightweight and acts like a daily moisturizer, cutting down my morning routine. It sits beautifully under makeup without pilling. Will absolutely repurchase!
