Returns & Refunds

Our team is committed to providing you with products you actually want to wear. If your SONNI order didn’t hit the mark, we’ll help sort it out.

Returns (Unopened & Unused Products)

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase—just make sure they’re in their original packaging and still in tip-top shape. (We can’t take back opened or used products for health and safety reasons.) SONNI reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Email us at hello@sonniskin.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. Once we get it back and check it out, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

If your order shows up damaged or not quite right, email us at hello@sonniskin.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of what went wrong, and a photo or video if you can. We’ll take it from there—whether that means a replacement, refund, or something else that makes things right.
