I've tried "no white cast" mineral SPFs before. They all cast. Why is this one different?
Most "no white cast" claims in mineral SPF rely on tinted formulas; adding iron oxides to mask the white finish. Sonni doesn't tint to hide a cast. The cast is engineered out at the formulation level with next-gen zinc.
Why is next-gen zinc different from traditional mineral filters?
Traditional mineral SPFs need a higher percentage of zinc to hit broad-spectrum protection — which is what creates the white finish. SONNI's elemental zinc is more potent, so less material delivers equal or greater coverage.
